OceanLove Foundation is dedicated to installing the global network of Cetacea Migration Pathways to and from marine sanctuaries, and the bays where the cetacea regenerate and calf as a place of refuge for native dolphins and migrating whales, including the Antarctic and the Arctic as part of extending the Antarctic Treaty, and includes freshwater cetacea worldwide in view of global cetacea stranding prevention.
Natasha Morley has drafted The Cetacea Treaty; a series of agreements and Cetacea laws to the attention of the International Whaling Commission, the United Nations and UNESCO. This includes installing conservation programs in partnership with the fisheries and registering the sites as UNESCO World Heritage and Biosphere Reserves.
The Cetacea Treaty and The Cetacea Livestream invite all maritime vessels to shut down sonar, electromagnetic radiation and echosounder when vessels know there are Cetacea and other marine animals in the area, and waiting until they have completely left the area before switching their seabed mapping and other systems back on.
The Cetacea Treaty and The Cetacea Livestream invite all maritime vessels to shut down all seabed cartography mapping systems, sonar, electromagnetic radiation and echosounding when yachts and all other maritime vessels are in zones that have already been mapped.
This being an opportunity for vessels to drop their hydrophones into the water to record the Cetacea for The Cetacea Livestream platform data.
